Return Policy

DON'T LOVE YOUR DAZZLE PURCHASE OR GIFT? NO WORRIES, RETURN IT!

On line, Google, Facebook or Instagram purchases:

Returns, exchanges or refunds will be offered with a Return Authorization number (RA#). To obtain a RA#, simply email us at info@Dazzleusa.com with the reason for the return within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. RA requests after the 7 days will not be accepted.

In order to be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, merchandise must be in the original box with original tags in place, not worn, washed or altered (merchandise must be in the original condition). Gift Cards, Trunk Show and Clearance merchandise are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund; they are "final sale."

  • Any item priced at 40% Off Regular price (or more) will be considered CLEARANCE and no refunds, exchanges or returns will be offered.
  • Items priced 20% to 35% Off Regular price will be considered "Sale" and offer the option of returns, exchanges and refunds according to our stated policy. Shipping will be complimentary on purchases of $150 or more. 

Please let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange in your RA request email. Please note the RA# in the address as shown below.

Please note that all processing, handling and shipping charges paid by DazzleUSA will be deducted from the return, exchange or refund value.

Once the RA# has been issued and emailed to you, please mail or ship the merchandise back to DazzleUSA at the address below. The merchandise must be received at DazzleUSA within 2 weeks from the date the RA# was issued. Merchandise arriving after the two weeks will no longer be eligible for return - be carful with your shipping as DazzleUSA will not take any responsibility for delayed shipments due to carrier or type of shipping from the customer or carrier.

In Store:

Simply drop by the store with your item(s) along with the original receipt or gift receipt (no returns without a Dazzle receipt).
 
With original receipt:
Within 7 days of the purchase date you are eligible for a full refund to be credited back to the original credit card used (or cash if the original purchase was a cash transaction). After the 7 days, you you have an additional 7 days for an exchange or store credit (14 days from the original purchase date).
 
With a gift receipt:
Within 14 days of the original purchase date, you are eligible for an exchange or store credit.
 
If you need a little more time, just tell the associate at the time of purchase and we'll be happy to accommodate!
 
Why two weeks? We offer a 14 day policy to insure that your purchase or gift is new and first quality and not out of our store and out of our control for an extended period of time.
 
Holiday/Christmas Beginning on  November 1st, we extend our policy to start on  December 24th. What that means - purchases made on November 1st thru December 24th can be returned for a full refund the exact way you paid for it (with original receipt only) for 7 days from December 24th (until December 31st) or a store credit (with the original receipt or gift receipt) for 14 days from December 24th (until January 7th).
 
Every customer is asked if they want to include a gift receipt with a gift purchase. If the purchaser chooses not to include a gift receipt with an item, they are told that the item is "final sale" and not exchangeable or returnable.  Dazzle accommodates the purchaser and cannot be held responsible for the purchaser's decision. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
