On line, Google, Facebook or Instagram purchases:
Returns, exchanges or refunds will be offered with a Return Authorization number (RA#). To obtain a RA#, simply email us at info@Dazzleusa.com with the reason for the return within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. RA requests after the 7 days will not be accepted.
In order to be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, merchandise must be in the original box with original tags in place, not worn, washed or altered (merchandise must be in the original condition). Gift Cards, Trunk Show and Clearance merchandise are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund; they are "final sale."
- Any item priced at 40% Off Regular price (or more) will be considered CLEARANCE and no refunds, exchanges or returns will be offered.
- Items priced 20% to 35% Off Regular price will be considered "Sale" and offer the option of returns, exchanges and refunds according to our stated policy. Shipping will be complimentary on purchases of $150 or more.
Please let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange in your RA request email. Please note the RA# in the address as shown below.
Please note that all processing, handling and shipping charges paid by DazzleUSA will be deducted from the return, exchange or refund value.
Once the RA# has been issued and emailed to you, please mail or ship the merchandise back to DazzleUSA at the address below. The merchandise must be received at DazzleUSA within 2 weeks from the date the RA# was issued. Merchandise arriving after the two weeks will no longer be eligible for return - be carful with your shipping as DazzleUSA will not take any responsibility for delayed shipments due to carrier or type of shipping from the customer or carrier.
